Plan Your Visit

Welcome To Vale Church

Visiting a new church can be a stressful and sometimes awkward experience. If you are not attending with a friend, it can be difficult to know what to expect or where to go whenever you arrive. Take a minute and check out our frequently asked questions below. Our hope is that we give you all the information you need to feel comfortable when checking us out in person.

Vale Kids:
We love kids at Vale. We always want to ensure that your kids have a blast while attending church, but also that they are in a safe and secure environment.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can find us in Bloomington, or Online!

Bloomington & Online
Saturdays at 4:00pm
Sundays at 9:00am & 11:00am

Our parking team will direct you to the closest available spot. Just follow the smiling faces in the bright orange vests. We reserve parking spots for our first-time guests, so if you’re new to Vale, just turn on your flashers when you are pulling in.

As you’re walking into the building, our Guest Services team will meet you and help answer any questions you may have about finding the auditorium, restrooms, and children’s areas. If you need anything throughout the day – mints, earplugs, a Bible – feel free to stop by the Information Center or just ask anyone in a blue shirt – we’re a friendly bunch, and we’d love to serve you.

In Vale Kids, children 5th grade and younger experience Jesus on their level. Vale Kids is a safe, age-appropriate environment where kids have their own service with music, a lesson, and small group time. We are so passionate about children having fun while they learn about Jesus that we encourage all children 5th grade and younger to participate in Vale Kids rather than attending our adult services.

For mothers, we have a Nursing Room where mom and infants can watch the service together.

Services last just over an hour. We start on time, every time - plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before service begins so you can get everything situated before the start of service. We’ll sing some songs, welcome everyone, let everyone know what's happening in the life of Vales, and then one of our pastors will teach. If you want to see our teaching style check out some of our previous weekend messages on the messages page.

Don’t feel like you have to dress up! Most people wear pretty casual attire, but more importantly you are welcome to wear whatever makes you comfortable.

Fill in the blank with whatever fear you have about not being welcomed…and the answer is YES! No matter who you are, what you’ve done, or where you’ve been; come as you are, and we’ll see you this weekend!

Of course, help yourself!
