You can drop off your student at the main entrance of Vale.

You can drop off your student, but you are also welcome to come up and meet the host team before your student comes into service.

Our team can be easily identified by the Vale Youth lanyard and ID badge they wear.

The best time for you to arrive will be between 6:30 and 6:45 pm. Service starts at 7:00 pm, so we want to ensure your student arrives in time to enjoy the pre-service environment.

- Once you drop off your student at the Welcome station, we will connect your student with one of our trained volunteers.

- Our trained volunteer will walk your student through check-in and introduce them to other students their age.

- Youth runs from 7:00 - 8:30 pm and includes 2-3 songs of worship, announcements, and a game. High school and junior high students will then separate for the message and group time.

- Upon coming to Vale Youth, your student will be placed into a group of males or females their age. Groups typically end around 8:30 pm.

- After groups, students can hang out in our lobby until pickup. Most students get picked up between 8:45 and 9:00 pm.

Safety is our priority at Vale Youth. The only adults allowed to attend are Vale Youth volunteers with an approved background check.

We welcome parents to volunteer if you want to share the experience with your students.

At Vale Youth, your child's safety is our top priority. We maintain a 1 to 6 ratio of adult volunteers to students, ensuring that each student is known and protected. Our volunteers undergo rigorous background checks, interviews, and regular training. In addition, we have a dedicated safety team that monitors our environments, providing an extra layer of security and accountability.
